oops…have you typed your full code in CAPITAL letters? You need to type it in the coupon box on the top right of the second page at the checkout and press apply.You will find that a message will appear and you will be able to see that in your cart .

Teacher discounts are only applicable when we don’t have a sale on, so if you have tried to use it when we have a sale on, it will not work, sorry..

No, unless we have sent you a special offer via email.We do this from time to time when you buy from us regularly. Sorry but our margins are not that high to offer you two discounts in one go, hope you agree that our prices, considering that we have hand painted collection are quite reasonable and include the 20 percent VAT

That’s easy. Just click on view cart..If you want to remove the item selected completely, tick in the box on the left side of the image and press update from the bottom bar, this will remove the item and you can continue shopping as usual. If you want to change the quantity of the product, you can physically change it by entering another amount in the quantity box and press update. Continue shoppingJ )

I don’t have a paypal account, can I pay by credit or a debit card?

Of course you can, complete the whole checkout process and when it leads to the paypal payment page, you will find the option to pay by card on the left side column. It says don’t have a paypal account? Continue…just click on that and it will lead you to the credit card options
 

I am on the women’s section, how do I go to men’s?

Just scroll the page and you can choose where to go from all the categories on the left hand column.
