Our Ayurveda Home Retreats are a treat to the body, mind and soul. Depending on individual customers physical and mental condition we design a home retreat for you where according to your body type you are conditioned and hydrated with pure herbal Ayurvedic medicated oils from the South of India.
We could also add a yoga lesson to your retreat. The retreat focuses on calming your nervous system and connecting you to yourself which is refreshing and meditative.
